I’m doing a case study on the three gorges dam for my GCSE, and missed out on a a week’s worth of notes, and completely missed why it was important to the dam, so am therefore stuck in answering my question. Help, please?

Gods’ own country also known as Kerala is primarily located on the southwestern tip of India with the Arabian Sea on the west and the Western Ghats towering 500 – 2700 m on the east. The state is divided into three regions- the coastal lowlands, the fertile midlands and the highlands. The lowlands of Kerala are networked by endless backwaters and the deltas of forty four rivers. The midlands are rich with cashew, coconut, tapioca, banana, rice, ginger, pepper, sugarcane, and other vegetable plantations. The forested highlands abound in tea, coffee, rubber and spice plantations and wildlife reserves.

I’m driving up to Las Vegas from Phoenix Thursday night and was just curious about the construction situation. I should be passing over Hoover Dam around 10:30 pm. What can I expect in delays and construction zones. Can I assume at nightime the delays will be less than during the day? Thank you for the help.

It’s true: your belly is out to kill you, but first it’s going to make you suffer. From the outside, it looks fairly innocent, if a little round and hairy. It’s a normal indication of slowing down, a life lived to the full. But from the inside, it’s a code-red health warning.

I’m currently looking at a house that has some water damage to the ceiling tile in one room. I know we’ve had problems with ice dams forming on roofs in this area this winter, and this is most likely the cause of the damage. I’m currently trying to get that verified, but considering the property is a foreclosure, i don’t know if i’ll ever find out for sure. But anyways, will i have to worry about continued leaking or would there be no problems since the ice dam is gone? Btw, the ceiling tiles were dry and there did not appear to be any damage to the carpeting beneath that area.
